Which brands of espresso machines do you service?

We service most major brands including La Marzocco, Rancilio, Rocket, Breville, Nuova Simonelli, Mazzer, Baratza, and more. Contact us if you’re unsure about your model.

How often should I service my espresso machine?

We recommend professional servicing at least once a year, or every 6 months for commercial use. Regular maintenance extends the life of your machine and ensures consistent quality.

Can you help install or set up my espresso machine?

Absolutely. We offer setup and calibration services for new machines, including dial-in support for espresso, grinder adjustment, and water filtration advice.

Do you sell espresso machines or grinders?

Yes, we carry a curated selection of professional and home-use machines and grinders. We’re happy to guide you toward the right setup based on your needs and budget.

How do I know if my grinder needs maintenance?

Signs include inconsistent grind size, unusual noises, jamming, or a burning smell. We can clean, calibrate, and replace burrs as needed.

Do you offer emergency repair services for cafés or businesses?

Yes, we accept drop-offs at our workshop. Please contact us to schedule a drop-off time and get a repair estimate.

Do you offer loaner machines while mine is being repaired?
